Grief and Humour, do the two really mix?
Coping with losing a loved one or someone significant in your life can be one of the most emotionally challenging and vulnerable times. A period often shadowed with many complex emotions and conflicting feelings. In this episode, Dale chats with author and grief expert Allen Klein who discusses how the death of his wife Ellen and other similar experiences led him to develop a method that allows those going through loss to explore humour as part of the healing and grieving process. Allen has recently launched a book on the topic too.
Host: Dale Maroney, 5th generation funeral director
Guest: Allen Klein, husband to Ellen, TEDx presenter and author
